Your information
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This policy explains how Vector Point LLC(“Vector Point,” “we,” or “us”) handles information from people who visit vectorpointstudio.com, contact the business, or request a free website review or business growth consultation. It applies to this online service. A signed client agreement may contain additional terms for information handled during a client project.
Information you provide
When the consultation form is available, it may ask for your name, business name, email address, phone number, current online address, main business goal, approximate budget, and a message about where customers are dropping off.
The free website review form asks for a business name, public website address, name, and email address. A phone number and primary business goal are optional. Vector Point uses that information to review the public website, prepare practical observations, deliver the review, and respond to the request.
The form may also record the first landing page, the page used to submit it, referral address, campaign source, medium, name, content, and search term, plus advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID when those values are present. If you use the instant estimator, the selected project type and displayed planning range may be included with your request. Vector Point uses this information to understand which outreach or advertising produced the inquiry and what the visitor requested.
Campaign details are temporarily stored in the browser's session storage so they can follow a visitor from the first landing page to the consultation form. They are sent to Vector Point only if the visitor submits the form and normally disappear from the browser when the session ends.
If you email or call Vector Point directly, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the quote form or ordinary email.
Information collected when you visit
Vercel helps host, deliver, and protect this website. In doing that work, Vercel may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, and security signals.
The website also contains optional connections for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Neither service loads unless its identifier is configured. If enabled, these tools may record page views, referral information, approximate location, device and browser details, clicks, scrolling, and other page interactions. Google Analytics is configured without Google Signals or advertising-personalization signals.

Cookies and similar technology
The basic website does not need advertising cookies. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar browser technology when those optional features are enabled. If they are not configured, their scripts do not load from this website.
How long information is kept
Vector Point keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or manage a business relationship, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, Vector Point deletes or de-identifies it when reasonably practical.
Security
Vector Point uses HTTPS, server-side form validation, request limits, spam controls, and server-only credentials to reduce risk. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what personal information Vector Point holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing the address below. Whether a request can be completed may depend on legal obligations and legitimate business recordkeeping needs.
You can also limit optional analytics through browser privacy settings or blocking tools. Vector Point must assess and add any legally required consent controls before enabling optional analytics for public visitors.
Policy changes
Vector Point may update this policy when the website, its service providers, or its information practices change. The date at the top will show when the policy was last revised.
